to send me and receive informational and promotional mailings in order to inform me about the services provided by the Operator, its promotions, advertisements, etc.;

in case of termination of the use of the mobile phone number and/or e-mail address, I will inform the Operator about it.;
if I have provided a phone number and/or an e-mail address belonging to a third party, I have received consent from that person to receive information and promotional newsletters from the Operator in accordance with this consent. I am aware that I am solely responsible for using a third party's phone number and/or email address.
This Consent is valid indefinitely and may be revoked at any time upon my written request, which is provided to the Operator in a manner that allows an objective record of the fact that the Operator has notified the revocation of this Consent and the fact that the application has been accepted by the Operator.
